Where do I park?

We can’t wait to welcome you! Our front lot can get a little busy, but don’t worry—there’s plenty of parking in the large lot behind Workshop’s building. Just turn in near New Wave Seafood and head on back to the left side of the parking lot where resident permits are not required during the day. 

For your convenience, we have a rear entrance, so you can come right in without needing to walk around front. See you soon!

Do you offer Drop-ins?

Yes! Drop-ins are welcome when space allows. We recommend checking availability in advance to ensure a spot here.

What happens if we miss a session?

We understand life happens! Make-up options may be available depending on the class. Please see our full cancellation policy here.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes! Our gift cards make the perfect gift and can be used for any of our classes or events. We are currently only offering digital gift cards, which can be purchased here!

What are your forms of payment?

We're a fully digital space, making checkout quick and easy! While we don’t accept cash, we’re happy to take debit or credit card payments on our website and on-site. 

What are your health protocols?

Your health and comfort are our top priorities! We take great care to sanitize and clean our space after each event, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

  • Hand hygiene: We kindly ask all guests to sanitize hands upon arrival.

  • Shoes off for toddler classes: Since our little ones love exploring on the floor, we ask that shoes be removed in our entryway before class.

  • Feeling under the weather? If you or your child aren’t feeling well, we encourage you to rest up at home—we’ll be happy to welcome you back when you're better!

Can I book a private session for my group?

Yes! Whether it’s a birthday, team-building event, or just a fun night out, we’d love to host your group. Please see our private events page here.


Kids

Are you flexible with ages?

Absolutely! We want every kid to feel at home in our classes. If you're unsure whether a specific class is the right fit, reach out—we're happy to help find the best option for you or your child!

What if my child has special needs?

Workshop is for everyone! If your child has specific needs, please reach out—we’ll do our best to create a welcoming and accommodating experience.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes! We love welcoming families to create together. Enjoy 10% off when registering for two or more offerings, available automatically at checkout.

What kind of materials do you use?

All materials are thoughtfully chosen to be safe, engaging, and age-appropriate:

  • For children under 5: We use only non-toxic, sensory-friendly materials.

  • For elementary-aged kids and up: We may introduce grown-up tools like Sharpies to enhance their creative process. We guide them with safety instructions to help develop responsibility and respect for materials.

How many caretakers can attend a class?

  • Caretaker & child classes: One caretaker per child is preferred, but if an additional guest would like to join, just let us know in advance!

  • Drop-off classes: No caretakers needed! However, a caretaker can absolutely stay until the child feels comfortable.

How many students are in a class?

To keep our classes cozy and engaging, we limit group sizes based on the type of class. While our space is sizable, most sessions have up to 20 kids, ensuring plenty of personal attention and creative exploration! We also ensure we have extra hands on duty to help with each class. 

How many children can attend my party?

We love celebrating! Our children’s events host a max of 24 children. Contact us for your next event here.
