Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the rescheduling process as smooth as possible for you! 

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness to all guests, respect our Partners’ time, and maintain the quality of our workshops.

Since our events require advanced preparation, including materials, staffing, and limited seating, last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to offer the best experience for everyone.

Drop-in or Single Session Classes

While workshops are non-refundable, we’re happy to offer a full credit for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. This credit can be applied to a makeup session within 30 days of your original reservation.

To ensure fairness to all guests, we allow one reschedule per reservation. If a second cancellation occurs, even within the 30-day period, the credit will no longer be valid.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or for no-shows, we’re unfortunately unable to provide a store credit or reschedule. This also applies to reservations made within 24 hours of the event start time.

Multi-Week Sessions

For our multi-week sessions (4-8 weeks), cancellations made at least a week before the session starts are eligible for a full credit. Unfortunately, missed individual classes cannot be refunded or made up unless otherwise stated. 

Special Events

Due to the unique nature of our special events, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Private Events

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your deposit helps us reserve your spot, prepare materials, and ensure a great experience for all. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you soon!

If you cancel at least 2 weeks in advance, we’re happy to offer a partial refund for additional payments made or rescheduling, based on availability.
